CSiBORG-Manticore simulations of the local Universe are compared with CMB thermal Sunyaev-Zel'dovich measurements, recovering galaxy clusters in their correct positions and with their correct halo masses.

A new Cepheid-only distance ladder yields H₀ = 71.7 ± 1.3 km/s/Mpc, reinforcing the Hubble tension without relying on supernovae.
